Spring House Lodge

Spring House Lodge

Our 3,300-square-foot, cypress-paneled lodge is a tremendous space for your event. The lodge has central heat and air conditioning, and features a limestone fireplace and almost 2,800 square feet of wrap-around, open porch space. Other features include:

  • Kitchen area and with commercial refrigerator and convection oven.
  • Tables and chairs (provided).
  • Stage and dance floor.
  • Accessible ramp and parking.
  • Accessible restrooms.
  • Cleaning supplies and garbage bags (not included).
Rates

Weekday Rate (Monday – Thursday):$50.00/4 hours
Weekend Day Rate (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday):$280.00
2-Day Weekend Rate (Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday):$400.00
3-Day Weekend Rate (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday):$500.00

Spring House Lodge rates include park admission for all guests, but do not include pool use. Regular pool-use admission fee applies.

A deposit is required when making a reservation, but will be deducted from the total amount due upon arrival. A $100.00 deposit is required for a weekend rate; a $50.00 deposit is required for a weekday rate. You must leave the lodge clean and orderly. If the facility is found in an unacceptable condition, a cleaning fee may be charged.


Little Otter Recreation Center

Little Otter Recreation Center

The 1,500-square-foot Little Otter Recreation Center is fantastic for groups or as a gathering room for your camp out or family reunion. Features include:

  • Conference table.
  • Tables and chairs.
  • Exercise equipment.
  • Book and magazine exchange library.
  • Board games.
  • Foosball table.
  • Covered porch.
  • Air conditioning and heat.
  • Television and DVD player.
  • DVD lending library available at park office.

April – October:$30.00
November – March:$25.00

*For large groups camping at Otter Springs, rental specials for multi-day use may be available. Please call the park for more information and availability.

The Little Otter Recreation Center rates rates do not include park admissions for guests; standard admission fee applies. If camping in the park, the camping fee will substitute for admission fee.

To reserve the Recreation Center, full payment is required when making the reservation. You must leave the lodge clean and orderly. If the facility is found in an unacceptable condition, a cleaning fee may be charged.


Picnic Building

The 700-square-foot picnic building provides a screened-in space for picnics or informal meetings. Amenities include:

  • Picnic tables.
  • Inside sink and counter.
  • Ceiling fans.
  • Electricity and water.

Pool Pavilion

Pool Pavilion

The pool building with heated pool provides the perfect way to relax after your day exploring natural Florida or for hosting a pool party. Pool use is included if camping in the park. Swimming pool capacity is 28 people.

Pool Pavilion Reservation:$50.00
Band/DJ/Karaoke Hook Up:$25.00

Food, drink, and glass containers are prohibited inside of the Pool Pavilion. Picnic tables are located outside of the facility for your convenience.
